From the very beginning, even before Raydal Hospitality was formed, community was at the very center of what this group was all about. Community, in Latin culture is part of life.
Regardless of your rank or standing, wealth, or disparity, all walks of life come together to share in food and culture. When Three Amigos for established in 2010, it was to save the jobs of a restaurants staff who were cooking some of the most authentic food Charlotte had to offer. When Sabor was opened it was done so to share with the Elizabeth neighborhood and Charlotte community what authentic Latin street food was all about. When Raydal Hospitality Group was formed in 2014, it was with purpose to not only serve the community but to be a part of it. Today, we continue this focus on community by partnering with local non-profits and advocacy groups to support those on the front lines. Miriam Espaillat MSW NC-LCSW, Director of Community Engagement, sits on multiple boards in the community including Leading on Opportunity, Charlotte Bi-lingual Preschool, and Social Serve as well as participates on several others. Her work in the community and for the employees of Raydal, has continued to make an impact on peoples lives and is a reflection of the core values of our company.
